Placing an order

How will I know if my order has been received?

Once you have placed an order with Burrows Car Parts, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Please note that this email does not mean that your order has been accepted by us.

Payment

How do I pay?

To process your orders quickly and securely, we accept payments through PayPal and SagePay.

Why do you need my phone number?

Please provide a contact telephone number during checkout, as this will enable us to quickly contact you in the unlikely event that there are any issues with your order.

Postage

How much does it cost to have my item(s) delivered?

We offer two levels of postage: Standard and Expedited. The Standard delivery is free to most UK areas whilst the Expedited delivery, for those items you need more quickly, is chargeable.

We also ship worldwide at reasonable shipping rates please contact us for a quote

In order to benefit from one postage and packaging charge for multiple items, please add items to your basket and pay for all items together.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

UK Delivery will be normally be within 2 working days of you receiving the despatch email from us International deliveries will take longer

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes we ship worldwide pleased contact us for a quoteation

Warranty

Do your products come with any warranty?

All products come with a minimum of one year warranty, giving you peace of mind if they should become faulty within a minimum of 12 months of purchase. You can make a warranty claim at any authorised dealer in the UK who will repair or replace the defective part but only if you retain your original receipt of purchase from Burrows Car Parts. Damage to any part due to incorrect fitting by yourself, a Dealer or a workshop not authorised as well as faults due to fair wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.

Fittment

Can I have any part from the Burrow Car parts store fitted to my vehicle?

We are able to provide a comprehensive fitting service by fully manufacturer trained technicians at very reasonable rates at any of our 10 South Yorkshire dealership’s Please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quotation

Parts not listed

My requirement is not listed on your store can you still help me?

We are able to supply any part still in service for any Toyota Hyundai Fiat Kia or Mazda vehicle, Please contact us with your requirements.
