Can I return my item(s)?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via Burrows Car parts. We offer our customers an additional 7 working days in which to cancel their order, equating to 14 working days in total. This applies to most products we sell but excludes electrical parts ECU,s and safety related items such as seat belts and airbags
If you would like to return an item, please send us a message through here and we will respond with the return address for you return your unwanted item.
If the items have been deliberately damaged or destroyed, we will not accept the return and you must pay for the cost of the damage.
In order for us to process a refund, we require the goods to be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all labels. You are responsible for any loss or damage from when your item(s) are delivered to you until they are returned to us. For this reason, please only send items back to us via a trackable postal service. It is your responsibility to arrange and fund the cost of returning an item(s) to Burrows Car parts . The only exceptions here are instances where the Burrows Car Parts team deem an item(s) to be faulty or when the wrong item(s) has been delivered or the item has been reported damaged within 24 hours of Receipt In such cases depending on the item size etc we will provide a prepaid post label or Courier collection
How long does it take to process a refund?
Where appropriate, refunds will be issued within 48 hours upon receipt of proof that the item(s) has been sent back, or when the item(s) itself is actually received back.
